Davis College Update: Regarding Coronavirus COVID-19

In light of the Coronavirus COVID-19 global crisis, we are temporarily closing our Kigali campus and have transitioned all staff and faculty to remote work.

Rwanda has reported its first case of Coronavirus COVID-19, and the Rwandan government has closed all schools for at least two weeks, beginning March 16th. We’re grateful that the Rwandan government is taking this proactive approach.

Our team has been working hard to ensure that we are prepared in the case of a government mandated campus closure. We will be sharing more information this week with students about how we will continue courses and student support during the closure.

Over the last few years, we’ve made significant investments in our blended learning model and technology. We’re confident that these investments will help prevent academic disruption for our students even while they cannot be on campus.

While the global situation continues to unfold, admissions remains open for Davis College. Classes in Rwanda are scheduled to begin in July, and our Admissions, Academics, and Student Affairs teams are all looking forward to welcoming our newest students to the Davis College community.

If you have any questions regarding admissions for any of our programs, please email us at admissions@daviscollege.com. For general inquiries, please contact us at info@daviscollege.com.

Although this is an uncertain time globally, we remain committed as ever to educating future leaders around the world. The safety and health of our students, staff, and faculty is of paramount importance, and we will continue to share updates about our academic plans for all of our campuses and cohorts.
