An American, British born who has lived and worked in Europe, Middle East & Africa (MEA), Asia Pacific, the West Indies and now America. A VP-HR for 30-years in the hotel industry with The Peninsula Group, IHG, Ritz-Carlton, and Marriott. Last looking after 160 hotels in MEA across multiple jurisdictions. He is now based in the USA. He's passionate about, and inspired by creating and delivering best practice HR knowledge, programs and processes that wow his clients.
