Elizabeth Cabot

Elizabeth Cabot is currently in the process of starting up her own business, Lope, LLC, which will sustainably design and manufacture technical products for dogs, horses, and the humans who care for and work with them. Prior, Elizabeth served as In-House Counsel and Manager of Business Development for Other Half Brewing Co., a Brooklyn-based craft brewery. Before joining Other Half, Elizabeth worked in a similar capacity for Loowatt, a London-based company that has designed and patented waterless waste-to-value sanitation technology with applications in both the commercial and development context. Elizabeth’s expertise sits at the intersection of law, business, and environmental policy. She holds an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management, a J.D. from Boston College Law School with a Concentration in Environmental Law, and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University, where she and Davis Akilah founder Elizabeth Dearborn-Hughes were classmates and worked together as part of the leadership team of the Vanderbilt Chapter of Students Taking Action Now Darfur (S.T.A.N.D.).
