Thank you to everyone who joined us in Tampa, Florida for our Decennial Gala!

On October 5th, we kicked off our Decennial Campaign in Tampa, Florida at our Decennial Gala. Our community of friends and supporters gathered together to celebrate Akilah’s incredible first decade, and to look forward and celebrate what’s to come: the launch of Davis College in Rwanda. Thanks to our generous community, we have now raised $1.3 million towards our Decennial Campaign!

We are deeply grateful to every person in the Davis and Akilah family, including those who were able to join us in Tampa and those who are celebrating with us from afar. As our inspiring Decennial Gala Chair Merrin Jenkins said on Saturday evening, we’re just getting started! Stay tuned for lots of exiting updates about our Decennial Campaign coming very soon!
